''Cochylimorpha halophilana'' is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in France, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Russia (Sarepta, the Caucasus), the Near East,〔(Fauna Europaea )〕 eastern Afghanistan and Iran.〔(Cochylimorpha at funet )〕 The wingspan is 19–21 mm.
